How to make use of?
1. First of all adjust the deal with gap before use to match your hand’s size by means of turning the knob.
2. Personal Information Setting
If the user wants to get his/her grip rating in line with their age&gender and record it,the user has to preset his/her personal information and get the User’s No. before measurement.
3. User Measurement
On the Standby State,push the USER button and the last time user’s information will show,and then enter into measurement state after 3 seconds.
All over measurement,LCD shows the information including No.,gender,real-time grip value and rating (Weak,Normal,Strong).
“HOLD”icon indicates the max value of this time test,push the ON/SET 3 seconds will turn off the dynamometer.
The difference to last time value and the latest value will show alternately at last.

Push Start button and do a quick measurement without personal information and the record cannot be stored.Push and hold ON/SET button 3 seconds or keep idle 20 seconds to turn off the dynamometer.
