Thera-Band Soft Weights are hand-held, ball-shaped isotonic weights – a soft alternative to standard isotonic dumbbells providing users more versatility for strength training and rehabilitation exercises. They’re unique for the reason that size of the ball, with a diameter of 4.5″, does no longer increase as weight increases, bearing in mind a consistent and functional grip. This permits for either unilateral or bilateral exercise progressions, either independently, or with a partner.
Follows the Thera-Band system of progressive exercise.
To be had in six color-coded weights, starting from tan to black, increasing in 1.1 lb. increments.
Permits users to extend weight in resistive training and rehabilitation programs without changing grip or technique.
