The CoreX weighted vest is made from commercial strength nylon with thick insert padding all the way through all of the vest for added comfort. There are 30 individual pouches; 15 Each and every at the front and rear, enabling weight and positioning adjustment. Pouches are in my view sealed by strong velcro backed webbing, making for protected, reliable and convenient enclosure.
Each and every pouch can hold a kilogram (2.2 Lbs) weight stack (sold one by one), or sand, pebbles, ball bearings and so forth.
A big, thick, double edged velcro belt attaches to the lower front and rear pouches securing the vest in and allows near universal size adjustment through an oversized chrome metal “D” ring.
