The V4 Kettlebells are formed by the use of Gravity Casting to provide a more consistent product by re-the use of the same precision casted molds for each and every kettlebell. The gravity casting process yields a very good finish without the need for bonding putty or grinding which typical sand cast kettlebells require. This allows each and every of our V4 Kettlebells to have a very similar finish and feel across a couple of production runs, versus sand cast kettlebells which require new molds each 100-150 units produced.
